This allows us to offer a true&nbsp;<strong>farm-to-table, organic cuisine<\/strong>.<br>Pietra Porzia is a&nbsp;<strong>typical restaurant in Frascati&nbsp;<\/strong>which marries with the tradition of the Castelli Romani area. Here, we offer some&nbsp;<strong>ancient recipes of the territory<\/strong>&nbsp;such as the&nbsp;<em>vignarola<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We make&nbsp;<strong>country bread with whole wheat of our production<\/strong>. With the same whole wheat, we make&nbsp;<strong>homemade pasta, lasagna, and ravioli<\/strong>&nbsp;by using La Monferrina, \u201cthe Ferrari of pasta making machines\u201d. We also farm season vegetable. <strong>In the restaurant, it is served only the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tenutadipietraporzia.it\/en\/products\/frascati-wine\/\">wines that come from the surrounding vineyards<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If good weather, we&nbsp;<strong>will have antipasto outside on the terrace<\/strong>&nbsp;located in front of the villa, or by the pool.
