Conference Fees<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

On Time<\/strong> (from 1st February 2025<\/s> 25th March 2025<\/strong> to 25th June 2025<\/strong>)
– Students, PhD candidates and scholars from least developed countries*: 150 Euros;
– Researchers and Professors from Academia and non-profit institutions:
250 Euros;
– Researchers and members from private\/for profit Institutions:
325 Euros.

Late Fees<\/strong> (after 25th June 2025<\/strong>)
– Students, PhD candidates and scholars from least developed countries*:
175 Euros;
– Researchers and members from Academia and non-profit institutions:
300 Euros;
– Researchers and members from private\/for profit Institutions:
400 Euros.

*Least developed countries are according to the UN list (https:\/\/unctad.org\/topic\/least-developed-countries\/list<\/a>)
Fees are inclusive of: conference participation to all sessions, a badge, a conference pack, a book of abstracts, all coffee breaks, welcome party and a lunch break.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Non paper presenting UG\/PG students: one day 25 Euros, all conference 50 Euros (this fee includes badges only).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
